 When she’s not organizing the chaos or hunting for new inventory pieces, Kelsey finds inspiration in the unexpected details of everyday life—like a cluster of fungi growing on tree bark or a passerby’s unique outfit. Fun Fact: Kelsey is an avid collector of rare tropical plants, each admired for its unique leaf shape, vibrant color, and intricate pattern. These living works of art constantly remind her that inspiration is in the details, fueling her passion for blending nature’s beauty into her designs.

Design Archetype: Ty enjoys working with bold patterns in earthy tones, seamlessly blending different textures and organic shapes to create a harmonious aesthetic. Much of her inspiration comes from bohemian design, allowing her to embrace a free-spirited approach to decorating. 

 

Favorite Design Tool:  Ty’s favorite design tool is Pinterest, a digital treasure trove that serves as a handbook for all her creative dreams. 

 

Design Playlist: Ty doesn’t confine herself to a specific genre when it comes to music. Just as she allows the tones and textures of the earth to inspire her designs, she lets the rhythm of a song guide her emotional experience.

Quirk: Outside of her role at M&C, Ty is a true beauty enthusiast. From flawlessly applying makeup to crafting artistic nail designs, she ensures that no detail of her aesthetic is overlooked. Ty loves to accessorize, layering jewelry and selecting outfits that reflect her eclectic taste. For her, beauty is not just a routine; it’s a canvas for self-expression, allowing her to showcase her creativity and individuality.

 

Fun Fact: Ty has a passion for candle-making, enjoying every step of the process from start to finish. She carefully selects scents and essential oils that craft unique blends that evoke specific moods and memories.
